Who we are

This website is operated by Lilia Darbinyan for City Council 2026, a candidate committee registered with the California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC #1492344).

What we collect

  • Information you give us in a form: your name, email address, ZIP code, phone number, volunteer interests and availability, and any message you write.
  • Anonymous poll responses submitted on our homepage. These are not tied to your name or email.
  • Basic technical information your browser sends, such as page views and device type, used only to understand how the site is performing.

How we use it

We use your information to send campaign updates, event invitations, volunteer opportunities, and voting reminders by email and text message, and to respond to messages you send us. If you tell us you want to volunteer, a campaign organizer may contact you.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number, you consent to receive campaign text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with vendors and volunteers who help us run the campaign (for example, email and text messaging services), and only so they can perform that work. We may disclose information when required by law or by California campaign reporting rules.

Donations

Contributions are processed off this website by our secure donation processor, Anedot. When you donate, your payment information is handled by Anedot under its own privacy policy, not by this site. California law requires the campaign to report certain donor information publicly.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, reply STOP to texts, or contact us to ask that we correct or delete your information. We will honor those requests.
